GRIEFSHARE
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

GriefShare seminars and support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. You’ll gain access to valuable GriefShare resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life.

If you know someone who has lost a loved one or close friend please lift a GriefShare leaflet from the Information Desk and pass it on to them, or even come with them to support them.

We would also be very grateful for your help, if you are available a night to provide supper and make tea for those who will attend.

There is a GriefShare sheet on the table in the hall if you are able to sign up and help.

"GriefShare acknowledged the severity of how I felt and made me feel like it was OK. In GriefShare I met people who knew by looking at me, how I was feeling... they felt the same too. It gave me a focus and helped me by in small steps form one week to the next."

"I went to GriefShare a year after my son died and received comfort, understanding and support. Those of us attending GriefShare are suffering the unbearable pain that comes when one we love so much no longer shares our lives. At GriefShare I am able to share my deepest feelings and know that those around me really care for me."
